WP5: Comparing simulations and experimental results for the drugs and membrane proteins (in progress)

Objectives:

The influence of the membrane curvature and lipid content, which is detected in experiments, will be related to concrete changes in the membranes and embedded proteins on the atomistic level, which are revealed in simulations. Spectral properties of the drugs, which are embedded into the membranes, would be related to their microenvironment.
