WATTs WANTS TO EVOLVE MEDICAL SCIENCE TO improve life and ACHIEVE LIFE BEYOND DEATH, EVEN IF THE RESULTS KILL SOMEONE in the process both mind and soul. THE CLUBS PROVIDES CHILDREN WHO ARE ABOUT TO DIE A PASS of JUDGMENT AND BRING THEM TO A SPECIAL PURGATORY REALM WHERE WATTs TRIES EVERY EXPERIMENT that they can imagine for the ultimate results of each one, especially to see their reactions. they're a bit of a masochistic sadist who loves to see his experiments reactions to all his practices and treatment to them all. Watts is very close to achieving his goals.

Backstory

the purgatory doctor. THEY WERE A SMART KIDS WHO LOVED TO STUDIED MEDICAL PRACTICES AND WANTED TO HEAL OTHERS IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. they took their knowledge and used it to heal people and animals around his village, despite how scary his procedures, the town thanked them for healing them and being so intelligent at a young age. Watts was brought to a medical school to train them in medical practices and follow the rules, but unfortunately they were too curious for their own good. they were collected after being expelled from medical school for attempting to dissect a living human and other malpractices they have done to improve and better human health, even if they go too far. they now live in a purgatory realm and experiments daily by the hour finding results for improvement on living past death.
