a sorcerer. he has studied all kinds of magic since his childhood and even when joining the Clubs. 

Clubs gift

elemental Dark and chaos magics. the Clubs gifted the magic food from hacktopia that can unlock one's magic elementals within them. Tobi is lucky to match the two elements otherwise he would had to deal with the fatal side effects if he wasn't compatible. unluckily, the Clubs had placed a seal on him so that only the wand he uses can only use it. 

Description

the dark sorcerer. the one who studies everyone's magic and has a book on all of their magical powers and abilities. he learns them all to one day use them himself and to defeat his enemies who uses them. he's fond of bobby, S 0, and Watts but is irritated by kelly, Jack, and Johnathan for their vengeance and greed, but he can understand kelly's a bit. Tobi wants all the magic and its knowledge he can get and will do anything to see it all. he's mostly studying books, relics, and magical creatures as he takes care of them, making sure kelly doesn't kill them when he isn't looking. he has set targets towards Mag and Ky 39 for their magic range and potential.
