can control and create electricity and electric particles, including static to even lightening. she part electricity with her veins coursing with electricity. she can travel through machinery and the internet at high speeds. she doesn't even need food or liquids to survive, she can survive off batteries with being able to absorb massive amount of electricity to use or survive off of.

side effects from experiments - she can't be near or swim in water without causing harm to anything in the water with herself too. she must always have enough energy with charging when sleeping. he magic levels are high so when touching things, she happens to shock things which can short-circuit some devices. she has to wear rubber fabrics or fabrics that don't conduct electricity so she doesn't shock anyone around her.

overload - she's get over charged and soon electrify herself as she becomes electric particles and dissolve into the air.

Description

the static E-girl. she's a trendsetter who travels the internet and vlogs her adventures where ever she goes. she'll be doing the latest trends, old trends, creating trends, and just comfort streams for her fans to watch and chat. she appreciates every one of her fans and would host internet cons where she can talk to everyone in a virtual world she made with customizable avatars that Zella can touch and speak to. she talks to other electronic or electric beings in the guardianship along with hearing any gossip around to keep up with the guardianship's new changes. 

she is internet rivals with Zarie the Space. Zarie streams her time in space with other galactic adventures as Zella streams through the inter-web since she can travel through it. the two try to one up each other with new trends and challenges during their missions but always tie with each other. they eventually did a collab and declare their rivalry through a game of space ping pong as the fans go wild to she how these two try to beat each other through online sportsmanship.
