can control and create starlight and sun flames. can create radiation like a sun star and give energy to living things for healing and rejuvenation. the more sunlight, the stronger his magic is. he can create flames that burn bright as the sun and turn them into plasma. 

side effects from experiments - can't sleep well or rest when exposed to sunlight, he has to be in complete darkness and away from sunlight to be able to sleep properly. his magic levels are extremely high and can't control it besides from healing others. he's permitted to not use his flame magic unless needed.

overload - will burn out and explode just like a sun dying.

Description

the engineer of the sun. he was one of the first few engineers who helped with the technology and machinery of the guardianship. they tend to be a workaholic and needed someone to tell them to take a break, which lead to Luno the lunar being his buddy and roommate. he will be asked to do specific and complicate old technology and use he solar magic to create special solar powered machines with creating a small plasma orb to act as a sun within the machines.

he has Luno the Lunar as his buddy to keep an eye on his health from being a workaholic. the two live in Home I4, the Elemental Fields, as the Solar and Lunar elements, their grounds are a stone temple they share with Rouse's rooms being of machinery and Aztec architecture and Luno's Rooms being Shinto architecture. Luno makes sure that Rouse is taken care of as Rouse helps with Luno's training with his machinery.
