can control and create moonlight. can control the tides of oceans and seas with changing the gravitational field around him within miles along with being able to fire asteroids. he has a psychological ability to calm others and put them to sleep, whether its by shining moonlight or with the touch of his hand. he has a little ice magic to use for freezing water and chilling the air wherever he goes.

side effects from experiments - depending on the phases of the moon can affect his magic levels and usage of it. he can't be in sunlight for long as it weakens him.

overload - his will begin freezing with petrification too. soon he'll become a comic and leave the planet to roam space.

Description

the samurai of the moon. he looks after everyone as a big brother, making sure they are ok and taking care of themselves as he practice his samurai ways of swordsmanship and spirit. he'll visit Home I2, the Newbie Training Grounds, to show off his sword skills and lunar magic for anyone who can withstand it.

he keeps an eye on Rouse for his health and rouse being an workaholic. the two live in Home I4, the Elemental Fields, as the Solar and Lunar elements, their grounds are a stone temple they share with Rouse's rooms being of machinery and Aztec architecture and Luno's Rooms being Shinto architecture. Luno makes sure that Rouse is taken care of as Rouse helps with Luno's training with his machinery.
