can control water from the small drop to the biggest of seas. more part water making water a part of his biology with breathing underwater with swimming faster. 

side effects from experiments - he has to stay hydrated with water always supplied to him, luckily has a pocket dimension pouch so he has many water containers in it to stay hydrated for he can't dry out and be weakened or die. his magic levels are low for using his magic so he's limited to small amounts of magic usage, luckily he utilized bubbles to lower his usage of magic.

overload - he will slowly become more like water and start losing structure and melt into a puddle.

Description

a bubble boy of water. he helps teach water users how to use their ability and the ways they can be creative with it. he takes yoga and meditation sessions to strengthen his magic levels and become one with water. he works hard to balance his magic and has fun with it every day as he learns new ways to use it. he sometimes host bubble shows for the people to watch as its his favorite use of his magic. lifehacker had gifted him a magical pocket to carry water and other items within it so he doesn't get dehydrated and carry some crafting stuff.

has Bizarrd Ballistic the dark obsessed with him. technically childhood friends since the start of the guardianship, Bizarre was Obsessed with Bubble Mystic for his kindness and how beautiful he played with water. so bizarre had developed feelings for Bubble Mystic but unfortunately Ballistic takes it too far that its hard for Bubble mystic to fall for. Bubble Mystic has to keep distant and defenses up for Bizarrd would run up to him and smother Bubble mystic in hugs and kisses. Lifehacker has to teach bizarrd boundaries as the two try to keep things tamed when attempting at relationship progression. its still in friendly territory with bizarre failing at mannerisms.
