creates bath bombs, each color has its own effects when foaming up.

Description

little bath child. a child who spends so much time in the water and keeping things clean with his ability. they clean things around, play in the water, and practice what his hair can do with his ability. he practices his ability with hair being bath bombs since depending on the color can lead to different effects, so they just have fun styling his hair and taking more baths to see the effects.

he was part of the orphanage with toolie 3 and a few other kids. he had been a neat freak and the only reason kids got in the bath in the place. he still sees the kids from the orphanage in Home 1X2 but also sees Bubble mystic the water for training and surfing the waves together.

Backstory

little bath boy. One of the kids growing up in an orphanage with toolie 3. Wallie always likes taking a bath; bubbles, the toys, and becoming one with water. On a summer day, a water balloon fight was started and accidently activated Wallie’s ability. Everyone that day got engulfed in bubbles. After that, kids of the orphanage always grabbed Wallie for baths and dunked him for bubbles. One day the kids kept Wallie down longer expecting more bubbles until Toolie came in before Wallie could’ve drowned. Toolie kept an eye on Wallie making sure the kids didn’t drown him again. When entering the guardianship, Wallie tends to hog the bathroom and trains with his ability for his bath bomb hair has more raw potential than just bubbles.
