Ability - Halloween

can conjure up monsters, pumpkins, give things a halloween theme, has a trick or treat effect; when he says trick or treat you must give him a treat or a random punishment will happen to the victim.

Description

the Halloween king and god. when October comes he is in charge of making it the best Halloween year ever. Any other time of the year he becomes an introvert and makes slight Halloween stuff to satisfy his needs of spookiness. 

he's a member of Smooth Wild Easygoing Enthusiastic Treater (SWEET). He flies everyone around along with being tank for his transformative abilities. using his trick or treat for entertainment and defense opportunities.

Backstory

the pumpkin king himself. A child who has forever youth, with scary frights and a sweet tooth, floating around as a ghost, a scythe wielded to boast, he spreads halloween across the world, with a slice and a hand twirl, turning sour to sweet, making fluff have fangs and teeth, he gives treats to the nice, but tricks to the bad with spice, at the time of halloween frights, he comes through the night, joining in the fun with one and all, every time the seasons fall, enjoying candy and pumpkin goods, sharing all the delicious foods, with all the children and old, with his story forever told.
