Ability - Shock wave

creates sound waves that shocks anyone that listens, this can be vocal or playing an instrument just as long as he can make a sound it works. The louder the sound the more voltage the sound contains.

Description

mister shocking voice. he stays quiet for the most cause of his ability, but has taken up sign language from Zool 26 and chats with DG through text and writing. despite their ability transferring into instruments, they found DJing as a good hobby for music and has been interested in techno and pop music for remixes to play with. 

he's paired to Zak 52 to charge his battery heart. the two room with each other to make sure Zak doesn't run out of power and get a quick charge from El's voice. Zak's battery contains a mic for El to speak into to charge the pack quick. the two do hang and watch sports and make some beats together. 

he's a member of Lightning Electric Dancers (LED). they help as a last resort with electric screams and do music for entertainment missions. they even do some dancing to with flexible Hip Hop moves and thrashing with punk and rock moves and plays dj.
