mr. satellite himself. he takes on lost and found/missing service for when someone goes missing and needs to be found, and also items as well helps pinpoint mission areas. he helps coordinating where missions are and keeping track where everyone is every 6 hours. he alerts lifehacker and Ketto 68 about anyone that shouldn't be near each other at all colliding within their proximity. in his free time, he has tea with Coraline 6, benethan 74, and Moon Nova 33 and have mini book club reads.
