Description

The loud rave girl. she is usually hosting parties with sky 81 in Home 5V as her job as a party planner, this also provides profit to the home as well. she announces news and gossip to everyone in the guardianship without a mic so everyone knows what's going on and for emergency needs too.

she's a member of Teenage Brigade. she takes charge of entertainment missions and helps with scream bombs during missions with combat. 

she's dating Sky 81.  the two host parties together with kitty on singing and sky on special effects. the two put in slow dances for the two to join in for some couple time, otherwise they be putting on a show for everyone to watch and enjoy. they even share a room together.

Backstory

Miss rave girl. She grew up in a strict environment with her foster family trying to keep her voice down. Kitty had many times where she wailed as a baby and caused many ears to bleed until she made it to her kid years. One time she had an argument with a bully who was hurting Kitty’s friend and Kitty screamed so loud it broke all the glass of the elementary school. This incident caused her to get muzzled for a bit, but she didn’t apologize for it, she said it was worth it too. In her early teen years, she was walking home with her friend. Her friend asked if Kitty would come to a party with her. This would solidify her new self. Kitty said yes and the two went to the party, it was a rave club. They had to dress and act like adults, surprisingly it worked. The two danced as they chugged soda in neon rings. Despite the loud music, Kitty started to sing and everyone could hear her voice as loud as the music. Kitty was dancing like a true party animal, getting everyone to join in, stomping feet to the beat, and raising glasses to an awesome night. After the party, the two went home but Kitty’s parents weren’t happy at all, they were disappointed and ashamed of her. They kicked her out of the house which caused Kitty to be founded by lifehacker. She later met Sky 81 during her recruitment and the two started dating after a party date between the two of awesome romance. Chatter kitty now hosts parties for everyone and enjoys her new party life with her cyber girlfriend.
