Ability - Giant Ogre

an ogre, can grow to 82 feet, and follows according to folklore of ogres too, which means he’s carnivorous too.

Description

the warrior ogre. after since escaping from fighting rings, he has gone through therapy and reuniting with his found family ever since being separated from them. he trains fighting skills and techniques to use in battle so everyone knows the bare minimum fighting knowledge. unfortunately he secludes himself from others he doesn't trust, but he has been dragged to father gatherings when he become a father figure and had light up a little bit, only a little. he takes on missions to still support his found family and get gifts to give his kids and his unofficial husband.

he is found/unofficial husbands with Kalin 84. the two were already looking after three kids before the guardianship but separated when Kalin had to go into the military to hopefully provide for the kids. after reuniting, the two hugged the kids and decided to rest for a bit from their terrible pasts, causing the two to start up some feelings. when Kalin had a PTSD episode about being betrayed from a past lover, Caelan held him tight to not attack anyone and confessed his feelings. he promised to never betray Kalin as long as they live. the two talked and started becoming an official couple; attempting dates at Home I7I The tavern restaurant, flirt combat-fighting, and attending therapy for trauma together. even their kids makes them do pretend play dates to strengthen their bond. the two had mellowed out towards each other and drinking at Home I7I until the morning comes.

he was part of a found family before he was separated from them but reunited later on. the found family consist of Mono 4, Kalin 84, Wender 41, and wenry 47. once reunited after entering, he tried to spend time like old times and cherishes his kids with all his heart. when Kalin is off on a mission, Caelan plays with the kids and tries to teach them some fight skills along with comforting them, especially Wenry who gets nightmares. the kids cheer Caelan up when he gets cold and grumpy as caelan laughs for not being able to stay mad at them.

he's a father figure in Home I2 the newbie training grounds. he teaches and disciplines everyone while making sure they take breaks, even cooks the food for everyone especially after hunting training goes well to make his favorite meat soup. he expects everyone to train hard and give it their all, even pushing them to exhaustion. some people like his training while some fear his training, otherwise everyone loves how he makes sure everyone is taken care of despite his cold brutal persona.

Backstory

the ogre gladiator. Was thought to be a monster until Kalin and a few kids took him in and treated him with kindness. Caelan helped take care and hide with the kids as Kalin worked and gathered essentials for everyone. When Kalin went to war, Caelan was told about the agreement of protection but he was taken away with the kids entering an orphanage. Caelan went through a trade that landed him in areas of Italy, areas with fighting rings. Caelan was trained and forced to fight like a gladiator to survive until he sees Kalin and the kids again. One day in the ring, a cloaked figure steps in with Caelan ready to fight until the figure reaches out a hand. The figure says they can take them home and Caelan after a few outbursts of fighting finally agrees when the figure defeats them, giving them a hand and teleporting them to Kalin rescue. They head to the orphanage to collect Kalin and Caelan’s kids and the others there. Ever since then, he’s been slowly adjusting from the fights but teaches kids to fight and survive. He still sees Kalin and the kids but only rarely as he isolates from everyone.
