carries a giant paper fan, it can create currents of winds in one swing, the more she swings the stronger the wind currents get. She can create hurricanes and tornadoes and can shift the winds to direct weather patterns in a different direction.

Description

the hip-hop gangster. she's a gangster who loves to dance and do whatever she wants, but only with honor and awesomeness. she hangs out with her gal pal, Vee 5. her and Vee practice their dance moves every day and go around flying around on bailey's fan doing sightseeing. the two even does some shopping and talk about each others' crushes. bailey also looks after the other members of her squad and disciplines them when needed. she especially helps with disciplining minnia 35 when she causes trouble. 

she's the leader of Gorgeous Athletic Natural Gangsters (GANG). she orders everyone to be honorable but awesome when doing missions. she coordinates all the choreographies for dance missions and strategies for stealth missions. she leads her squad with the same principles she upholds. she goes after anyone who attacks her squad as her motto, "If you hurt them, you hurt me, now put them up scrub."

Backstory

The Fanning Hurricane. Bailey grew up in a rural area, but it was known as the “Amazon’s Jungle of Rebellions.” For the entire town was ruled by the gang of girl delinquents with the leader, “the titan typhoon,” leading with an iron fist and pipe at hand. Adults feared them, some kids were scared or wanted to be them when they grew up, and for Bailey she was tempted in joining the crew and wanted to be a part of the dangerous crew. Bailey was founded by one of the branches of the gang with the small group trying to raise Bailey on a straight and narrow road… this didn’t work as Bailey wanted to be like her sisters and even got into gang fights. Soon Bailey was getting stronger from fights and eventually made her ranks slowly up in the gang to one of the top captains, labeled the “Hurling Hurricane of Havoc,” after discovering her ability for conducting wind currents during a fight. Bailey was making her way up to see the boss of the gang, but a gang war was coming and every branch was preparing for the worst…

It was from another regional town nearby, “The Ice Queen’s Tundra,” as they were planning on expanding their claim and territory to other towns… including the “Amazon’s Jungle of Rebellions.” Bailey was preparing with her sisters at the front lines and waiting for the war to begin… It was at dawn, with morning dew on the grass of the edges of the town. The wind was blowing, just right for Bailey, with the blizzard gang coming in on their motorbikes with bats and pipes hauled. As the front of delinquents came closer, Bailey walked to the front of her gang and swiped her fan and began to fan a current of winds at the bikes. 50 mph, knocking the bikes off their tires and sending some soldiers of the tundra gang away… all but the leader, “The Ice Queen of the Dragons.” The Queen was running towards the Titan leader, swinging her ice pick to her, but Bailey stepped in with two fans and clapped them together towards the Queen. Creating a  vortex from the stationary fronts of her fans, blasting the queen several feet away… This scared the gang away for now, but Bailey has gotten herself a bounty for her head from the Tundra gang and all those around her…

The Amazon gang wanted to fight for Bailey, but the leader knew that despite Bailey’s strength in winds, the gangs around will band up and find a way to take Bailey out. Bailey refused to leave and said she would take on every gang around the area and she did. She hijacked a motorbike and rode to each gang and wiped them clean from their areas with hurricanes and tornadoes spiking the gangs down and sending them flying. All but the Tundra gang, her last stop as she rode to the town. There was a barricade waiting for Bailey with members wielding, nonetheless Bailey jumped off the seat and skidded the bike on its side and crashed into the barricade, launching her over the blockage and using the winds with a tarp, paragliding over everyone to glide towards the main base. Bailey saw how the Tundra gang ruled while gliding and it was horrible; breaking into places and stealing, destroying sites and vehicles, and harming all the folks in the area who are trying to survive and comply with the harm ruling of the ice queen’s orders. Bailey couldn’t stand this as she decided to drop onto the headquarters and started punching and kicking all those around her. Teaching everyone what happens when you hurt those who can’t fight back, as Bailey wanted to bring justice to all those who had to suffer under this tyranny. Soon the queen walked into the scene as Bailey stared her down. Tensions high as Bailey readies her fan, the queen readies her ice pick… 

But Bailey wasn’t fighting alone, as her gang decided to barge through the barricade and “The Titan Typhoon” came charging towards the Queen with her metal giant fan. She swung to the queen, the leader against the other, and bashed the queen’s skull in and sent her flying… The Typhoon leader walked to Bailey, saying how proud she was for Bailey but also scolding how impulsive Bailey was… Bailey was apologizing until everything turned red… and the Ice Queen stabbed the Typhoon in the back, and an ice pick through the chest… 

Bailey, fear running through her body, ran up to catch the leader before she fell. The leader was slowly losing blood, Bailey was crying tears… and the only words the leader could say to Bailey were… “I should’ve made her stay down… I knew I was getting over my head nowadays-(coughing)… I knew this day would come… Just didn’t think I would step down so soon…” The Leader gave Bailey the fan… and closed her eyes for one last time… Bailey shook her, but it was too late… With the Ice Queen coming from behind Bailey to stab her, Bailey with gritting teeth of furious rage and vengeance, she swung the fan and rushed a gust of wind at the queen. Bailey created tornadoes, typhoons, hurricanes with many having to rush for cover or a basement for safety… All but the Queen who was above the ground, and Bailey parrying her body and making sure each wind hits and tears at the Queen’s form… 

By the time it was done, the town was destroyed with many coming out of the rubble… and the Queen was never seen again… And so was Bailey who, with her gang, went to the outskirts of town to bury the leader and send her off with one final goodbye… Bailey couldn’t handle the responsibility after causing her leader to die… She gave the reins to her branch and decided to leave out of shame then pride… 

As Bailey was flying on her fan, someone flew beside her… Lifehacker was flying alongside as they talked with Bailey. Bailey was leaving her home out of shame for causing the leader’s death, she wanted to atone for what she caused. Lifehacker didn't see it like that, but saw a leader willing to protect one of her members and risked facing the enemies despite the danger. Bailey still felt guilty and can never face the gang again, so Lifehacker offered a deal, be recruited into their guardianship and make amends, or still fly away from her problems… Bailey wanted to make up for her mistake, and wanted to live up to what the leader wanted Bailey to become… Bailey took the deal and began trying to live a straight path, but still created her own gang in memory of her leader and home.

Bailey started her journey of gathering her gang members… She grabbed Ali out of juvenile detention by defeating him. She had Tussled with Scorpio while dancing a fight, winning Scorpio over through strength and respect. Played with Vol 10 and befriended him in joining the gang to make some new friends, and never be chained again. Meeting Vee 5 and becoming the best of friends on her entering of the guardianship, with Vee being Bailey’s right hand. Challenging and taming Minnia 35 after a dance battle and helping Minnia walk a better path… Bailey had located and recruited her new squad, and dedicated her gang to her fallen leader, but now made it a dance gang as the squad rivals M.A.F.I.A. Mature Ambitious and Frightening Impeccable Alderman. The squad wars between the two rage on for a couple of years with Bailey and Debra 19 at wars of their territories and businesses with Bailey dealing with her own dealing trades and territory control, and Debra with her secret businesses and trading behind the scenes. To this day, Bailey still leads her squad and plans on leading it to glory, in hopes of making “The Titan Typhoon” proud… Along with her sisters back home… but most importantly… Make herself proud and forgive her impulsive actions.
