every wish they make with full certainty will come true. But they have to do a wish ritual like birthday wish or 11:11.

Description

the wishful child. he stays up at night waiting for shooting stars and hopes to make a certain wish, but can't find the right words to make it come true properly. he was bullied for his looks but never wishes them any harm, but now he lives happier with the number kids from the orphanage after entering the guardianship. he still has wishes he wants to happen but it changes every time for he wishes many good things to happen for his friends and everyone in the guardianship. he enjoys Philo 14 and Isabela 18's stories, plays with banal 8 and Sheli 30, and meets a mysterious friend that's outside the guardianship's borders. he says that "they don't talk much, but they got a circle on their shirt and blindfold so I'm a call them zero."

Backstory

a child with one wish. At 5, he was in an orphanage with a few other numbers who all had been bullied for their looks or interests. Arther was picked on for looking goth and making wishes. A year later came in Toolie who protected them and told Arther that he can wish for anything. Arther wishes that everyone that is a number could get together and be in a big happy family, except he didn’t know his birthday well, even making a wish on said birthday the orphanage gave him and wishing chances had been ruined by the bullies countless of times. Arther didn’t know how to say the wish faster or never wished harm to the bullies. He decided to wait for a shooting star and make his wish, but instead of the numbers, wishing for a real family or a number family. He kept going until one day when it finally happened, lifehacker had started to gather all the numbers and bring them together to live under their guardianship, granting Arther’s wish to come true but leading to his next one, who is lifehacker and how did they know who everyone is.
