she plays on her ukulele for any genre in acoustic form. her music magic is balanced in any form of casting; offense, defense, support, boosting, and even healing. she sings with a cheerful sweet pitch that melts the coldests of hearts.

Description

the indie rogue leader. a cheerful kid who is the living rule of the tribe, welcoming anyone and everyone who comes and goes from the tribe with doing what they love. she ventures through the territory seeing everyone and anyone with playing her ukulele for music travel. her right hand man george and strategist Panny are there to keep Penny's crazy ideas at bay because there are some things penny wants to try for the tribe and they tend to get out of hand, like making giant totem poles with rocks or trying to do fireworks with the instruments firing them.

she was the one who helped skull be free from his tribe. during skull's recruitment, lifehacker asked Penny to help them find skull. skull was playing something with blessing, and after hearing his melody, she came in and played along. after their meeting, penny agreed to help skull get free from his tribe as they quickly run off while the tribe was hunting them. afterwards, penny offered to let skull stay with them, but skull chose the guardianship instead. penny still remembers skull and says one day they'll meet again. from then, Penny helps any Metal Rock tribe member from their harsh lives and shelters them from Kara's attacks, making sure the metal heads and rockstars are mentally well and still playing their music without backlash or risk to their lives.
