he can shapeshift into many things, usually monstrous beings, and can know someone's sins by looking at their eyes. he can even mimic voices too.

Description

the boogeyman himself. he helps along side with Bonebreak the chaos to keep an eye on everyone while doing some devious things with them too. Boogie does whatever he wants for good and for bad and switches according to his mood. one moment he'll be scaring tricksters with their bad deeds and the next he'll be partying out late nights having fun. he got into Home 1XI3, the reform home, due to his duality of not picking a side of scaring people with him helping Bonebreak keep everyone in line or snitching of their bad deeds.

he's roommates with Bonebreak the chaos and drags him to shenanigans. the two work together in disciplining but also have a love-hate relationship. Boogie teases and plays with Bonebreak as Bonebreak tends to despise him with smacking boogie with his hammer. nonetheless the two have respect for each other and will have bro moments together during some shenanigans. 

he's a MEMBER OF Deviously Exciting Manipulative Ominous Nasties (DEMON). one day marco 15 asked him to join the squad and Boogie was in the right mood to say yes. he plays tank with scaring the enemies to breaking points. with his shapeshifting abilities, Boogie takes care of stealth and infiltrate missions. boogie asks as the moral guide sometimes because colby 77 can't control himself yet and marco is a controlling sadist.
