ability to change one's mind with installing new thoughts and ideas. even erase memories, change attitudes and values, and etc. but he must get people to look at his crystal ball for it to work.

Description

the mind bending cyclist. a biker who goes around and plays cover up for the guardianship by brainwashing their existence away. he rides with any motorbike gangs and has fought in plenty of bike wars. he sometimes chats with Gaven 61 with life and their similar abilities, especially any tips on using it more effectively. when stopping by the guardianship for breaks and rest, he hangs at Homes I7I, the Tavern Restaurant, and X1, The Teen Club House, with the teens and travelers that come by.

a member of Gorgeous Athletic Natural Gangsters (GANG). he dances hip hop and does clean up for their squad's activities of gang/squad fights. he acts as second ride for the squad with his bike as bailey 67 the leader flies attached on like a kite. he got recruited in by Bailey after a fight and Bailey won.

Backstory

A Brainwashing delinquent. Ali lived in a realm with his home being a suburb but full of clay homes. The town had a few delinquents and fights of gang wars with bikers, cyclists racing and fighting until someone died. The police forces were always trying to grab those who broke the law or caused a disturbance to the peace… but luckily for the troublemakers, they were quick.

One day at age 10, Ali was living life as simple as possible, living straight and trying not to get in trouble. Ali was walking home until a group of punks came up to mug him. One of the punks grabbed Ali by the collar, until Ali snapped his fingers and told the punk to step off, brainwashing him to back down and scaring the other punks away. Ali learned he had this ability when telling a feral dog to back away in fear and ever since discovering his psychic ability, he used it to live his life straight and safe… Until the day of his sentencing… It was a rainy day, Ali was running home until a foot slipped him up and tripped him. A bunch of punks surrounded Ali and readied pipes and bats to beat Ali up… but Ali wasn’t going down without a fight. He tried to command them to stop, in that moment one hit Ali at the jaw to shut him up. Ali grabbed the bat and kicked the punk off before swinging back, starting a bloody fight while trying to command them off him and to back down… soon the police came, punks ran off, but a few with Ali were arrested at that moment…

Ali was sentenced to juvenile detention for 6 months for assault with a weapon. Ali at first worried about his safety when entering the detention center with the other punks. A mini prison for all the delinquents and young gang members as they had their groups and leaders fighting for top dog of the juvie. Ali was just trying to live the first week without getting involved, but the factors didn’t like it. Ali’s food would be taken or messed with, others would mess Ali’s work out routine up, and give all the chores to Ali to do no matter how dirty they were… Patience was wearing thin as the day passed until Ali had enough… Ali picked the toughest of the leaders and instantly chucked his food tray at the guy before using his brainwash to rewire his entire brain to being a literal dog. The guy was on all four and barking around, everyone in the room froze and they stared at Ali who’s eyes glowing bright purple and gold with a stare that read their minds… for a week, Ali either punched guys out of his way or used his powers to get his way in the juvenile center, slowly making him the top dog in a week as he ruled the courtyard with a controlling iron fist. Ali was living his days in juvie in peace in the courtyard with a stolen chocolate milk, but then the wind came in with booming force with a giant orange hand fan floating towards Ali. A figure lands on the ground, Bailey 67 with her strutting up to Ali who was using some guys as a makeshift throne. Ali walked up to Bailey and just eyed her up, Bailey did the same as the two stood face to face with a foot apart… Silence before Ali threw a punch while trying to command a control. Wind blew up quickly as Bailey swung her giant fan and brought it back down to slam it onto Ali’s head, then proceeding to power kick Ali across the yard and somersaulting to spin kick into Ali’s stomach, knocking him out…

Ali later woke up and saw the green walls of the med-bay of Home I8II, The Medical Therapy Office, as Lifehacker and Bailey were waiting for Ali to wake up. Lifehacker had scouted Ali for his psychic powers and to drive him off the path he was heading down on, promising redemption and having Bailey watch over him. Ali debated and attempted to brainwash Lifehacker, which resulted in unfortunate consequences with Ali knocked out for longer. Ali agreed to the conditions as he joined Bailey’s squad, G.A.N.G., Gorgeous And Natural Gangsters, and was the guardianship’s clean up guy, cleaning up the anomalous and chaotic out of place circumstances. Ali lived in the guardianship ever since at Home X1, The Teen Club House, but he eventually got himself a bike from the engineers so he could ride around and adventure the area better. Every time he came back, he saw new faces and faces grown, teens coming in and finding themselves… 

One day, Ali decided to stay a week at the clubhouse and walked into the main room to see a fight going on. It was a fight with Gaven vs Amr, when the two first met each other and they had a dispute over a campaign event. Ali walked in and shouted for an explanation, Shade walked in to explain how the two fought over a character dying with Amr being a stickler about crit damage. Ali looked at Amr and decided to take care of the screaming gremlin by picking him up and hauling him to the game tower. Kicking the door open and dragging the kid to the game table, Ali sat Amr down while grabbing a game for them to play, Trouble. The two played with Ali winning and Amr losing, Ali tried to ask more about Amr as Amr only cursed in rage at his losing streak. Eventually as they kept playing for 10 rounds of trouble, Amr opened up slightly with the two sharing info about each other and things they liked or disliked. The two became friends after that; Amr being a control freak with his rage, but Ali coming in to calm Amr down in time. 

During the first annual rave event, Amr was mad at only being an age off for entering, so Ali had an idea to sneak Amr in by giving him heels and dressing him up more older. The two rode to Home 5V, The Party House, and managed to barely sneak in. The two had fun dancing about and Ali kept close to make sure Amr was safe, even being there when Amr got sugar-high and sang at karaoke. Ali even had been by Amr’s side when the boy had to throw up all he ate and took him home sooner than later. After that, Amr respected Ali more and didn’t get so angry when Ali was around. Ali found it cute and grew fond of Amr in return, but he never voiced it as anything personal for he always had more fun with finding hearts on the road than close by. To this day, the two are still friends with mutual respect for each other with insane game nights when Ali joins in. 

Ali is living life as a wandering gangster on his bike, doing his charms and dances, erasing traces of chaos so people can live life normally, and having fun back home with his best pal alongside. The chaotic life soon became his normal straight life, and he didn’t mind not changing it at all.
