has all psychic powers but uses his right eye and his crystal ball. The other part is he can change his aura into a creature like having wings or being a cat but only his aura takes the form not his body, while he takes the form of a creature with his aura, he gains the abilities as the creatures, but he mostly has his wings form.

Description

a psychic of all trade. has trained under blizzard's meditations and teachings to the mind to enhance his abilities and trains with other for combat with them. LIVES IN hOME i WITH THE other overpowered characters and continues his meditations until he is needed to help around the guardianship. he helps out with guiding everyone to their new homes with everyone and keeps an eye on everyone with his crystal ball to make sure no one gets into trouble.

he still hangs with his siblings after entering the guardianship but they live their separated lives in the guardianship after entering. he visits them when he can with holding meditation sessions with them and going out to fun events to bond as a family. when the four go out on Oki's turn, he picks meadows and cafe's so they can enjoy some tea and coffee together.

Backstory

Oki lived in a family with three other kids; Alex, Dora, and Aiko, and parents who just wanted them to be normal children. The parents were strict on the kids being as normal as possible despite having psychic powers and looking different from each other. They conducted a plan to have Oki reconstruct each sibling's DNA to be related to Oki. Oki and his siblings had to put on extra disguises and make up excuses like having their hair dyed or putting on an eye patch. Everything was peaceful until certain norms were being forced on them, Aiko was being trained to be a housewife instead of getting a job as a service helper, Alex and Dora were told to play their genders at birth, and Oki being match made so the family could marry into some money. One day, Oki teleported to a meadow to get away from another match making until he saw a purple haired girl walking around. It was blizzard who went up to Oki and greeted herself. The two started to talk and Blizzard revealed the realms and how there’s a place for him to be free and use his powers for good. Oki thought it sounded weird until he thought about his siblings and agreed to see it if his siblings came along. Blizzard asked Lifehacker if they could come but lifehacker couldn’t bring them just because, until Oki gave Alex, Dora, and Aiko a chunk of his psychic abilities making them qualify to come along. The parents tried to chase but they were stopped by Oki as he brainwashed them to forget his and the sibling’s existence. Once entering the guardianship, the four began doing their own thing with Oki staying by Blizzard to learn more about his powers and train under her in meditation and mind. Oki soon learned everything to know of his abilities and helped collect the rest of the chakra characters. He now just chills with blizzard and his siblings in peace with no worries about being normal.
