Powers/Magic - Commanding Voice

can speak and communicate to anyone no matter background or ties to them. any command they say to a person, the person does it no question asked. The range of people following kool’s commands is up to 16 people for each command. They can also direct their voice with pointing it or through objects, but this requires most of their focus.

right eye - can spot truths and lies of a person.

Description

a vocal being who talks to everyone and everything around them. one of the communicators of the guardianship and helps everyone understand each other from the many realms they come from. they sometimes help with negotiations and translating with Zool 26. 

zool walks around the guardianship to talk and learn what's going on and help with conflicts of cultures. they have tea, coffee, and lunches with asu the light, blizzard, Oki, and Natalie 1 and chat about their days. kool even stops by home 1x2 to read to the kids with Philo 14 and Isabela 18.

they became a member of Loud Glamourous Boisterous Team (L.G.B.T.). after amily 50 asked them to join and during some of the entertainment missions, Kool picked up some comedy jokes to tell and got many to crack laughs out and in the guardianship where ever they go.
