each of her limbs contains one of the four elementals; right arm is water, left arm is fire, right leg is earth, left leg is air. Her tail for blending them and controlling the weather. 

right eye - Her eyes see everything but her right eye can create or destroy anything in a wink/blink. She trains her abilities and magic so she doesn’t get destructive with them and does her meditation with oki and lives with him. 

Description

the universal cat herself. she takes on missions that deal with environmental threats and realm destructions. Blizzards still now explores the realms and learns about every universe and dimension she comes across. after traveling the realms she hangs out with Oki, Natalie 1, and Carla 100 with tea and cookies to catch up with them. Blizzard helps everyone under the guardianship to relax and hosts meditation yoga lessons.

she is the mother figure and Head of Home I4 Elemental Fields. she Keeps weather under control and helps with just about everything, especially the terrains with in the Fields. she's in charge of meditation Ceremonies and makes sure everyone is mentally checked on monthly. if anyone needs help with their elements or needs someone to talk to, Blizzard is always there to listen and help them with their problems.

Backstory

Blizzard never had a single home. Blizzard had lived with monks in temples, seers meditating under wisteria trees, and even herbalists and crystal collectors with healing and beneficial properties. At birth she was able to use her ability and trained with main tutors to help her control them; learning about Water from local swimmers of a beach of beautiful cyan teal sea full of wonderful sea creatures, learning about fire from a tribe living near volcanic grounds and dancing a sacred lava dance, learning about Earth from agriculturists and farmer with fields of multitudes of crops, flowers, and every other plant imaginable with vibrant colors and strong to gentle smells, learning air from climbers exploring colossal leaps over canyons and mountains, smelling the fresh breezes that flow through, and during it all learning how her weather control works and helps. While visiting a town, Blizzard had found Oki and could see who he was despite any disguises he wore. Blizzard helped Oki embrace his chakra magic instead of hiding it, as a result Oki and his siblings follow Blizzard on her journey. Later on their journey they accomplished helping the chakras; they helped Rose control her roots, freed Kool from their muzzle and their family, help Strong not be afraid of himself and control his curse, and soon joined lifehacker and helped Aaron and Nutball with what happened to them and learn about their chakra magic. she soon became a mother figure of many in the guardianship.
