H-MAG 2024 is supported by Science is Cool” (SCOOL), a non-profit Cultural Association promoting educational activities and scientific events aimed at engaging, at different levels, people with science. In order to facilitate a large participation at H-MAG 2024, a VAT-free registration fee will be offered for SCOOL membership (subscription fee 2€, to be paid on-site).

Important to know

Due to the substantial number of participation requests and the limited availability of partner hotels, we inform you that priority for accommodation in these hotels will be given to the speakers. However, for all other participants, we are pleased to offer a reduced fee with a 30% discount. This fee covers full access to the Conference's scientific sessions, program, and all related materials, as well as lunches and coffee breaks. Please note that accommodation is not included in this reduced fee. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
