The Golden Canter is a battle system in which each department pits its members against one another to compete for the top position within their division. This system is designed to motivate both new and veteran employees to deliver exceptional performance and avoid the risk of being purged. It serves to cherry-pick the best of the best and eliminate those who fall short of the standards that GYVN once upheld. The winner of the Golden Canter will win a generous amount of gold, season trophy, and a golden deal that will skyrocket their reputation within the corporation.

The Golden Canter is the endgame for the group, lasting about one to two months and taking place toward the conclusion of the group's activity. Before the Golden Canter, there will be events to give a glimpse of what the Golden Canter will be like. The more art or RPs you do, the more chances you have at winning the Golden Canter. It has nothing to do with writing or art skills. As long as you are active, it can help!

Despite the competitive aspect, our main goal is to have fun together! The Golden Canter is something to strive for, but if you're here simply to enjoy yourself and take things at your own pace, that's perfectly fine too. We don't expect constant activity from everyone, but try to show some involvement whenever you can.

━━ ART/RP SUBMISSION

All regular art (including commissioned art) or RP submissions will yield Radiance (the group currency), which you can use to purchase items from the group shop.

━━ EVENTS

There are two types of events: Main events, which last for roughly one month, and mini-events, which typically run for two to three weeks. Participating in events is not mandatory, but doing so can give you perks, such as creating NPCs (as long as you have enough radiance to purchase the required item in the shop).

━━ MONTHLY UPDATE

Members draw or write a paragraph (minimum 200 words) featuring their character performing their assigned job. This submission can be posted in the submission channel OR submitted as a link after uploading it to the OC Social Network app.

This submission grants bonus Radiance and must have the MONTHLY UPDATE term on them to indicate that they are posted to gain the monthly bonus; otherwise, they will not be counted.

━━ URGENT MEETINGS

Think of this like surprise side quests, each one typically run for two weeks. Periodically, tasks will be posted in the designated channel with specific deadlines and members may submit art, prose or RP based on the provided prompt. Submissions turned in within the allotted time will be rewarded with Novelty Item.

Submissions for urgent meetings have no minimum requirements (please be reasonable) and will NOT be counted for Radiance.

━━ INFLUENCE & NOVELTY ITEMS

Influence is the stat used during the Golden Canter, which you can earn by collecting Novelty Items. Novelty Items can be earned through:

• Completing Urgent Meetings within the time limit

• Purchasing them from the group Shop

During certain events, actors, models, and idols may collaborate with stylists and managers. These collaborations are assigned randomly to keep things fair, giving every department member a chance to grow and experience different situations with different people.
