This is a discord roleplay group, so having a Discord account is mandatory.
Species, gender and art skill won't affect your acceptance rate.
Any online document hosting platforms such as google sheets, toyhouse, etc are welcomed as long as the necessary information are all included. A written template is also available for use below if you need assistance.

Your OC can already be part of GYVN staff. Especially if your OC is on the older end, they could easily have joined long before the recent changes, so don't hesitate to write them as existing staff.
The change in ownership and CEO only happened very recently (about 4 months ago). So if your OC applied to GYVN a few years ago, getting into GYVN was easy (nepotism, bribery, and good looks often worked). GYVN was very corrupt due to the previous owner not caring about the company enough.
If you're applying as an old staff, feel free to highlight what their life at GYVN was like over the years. Before the change, GYVNs reputation was awful: constant struggle to find gigs, tons of underqualified employees, and a culture full of entitlement. Go ham about toxic work environments if you'd like! After the transition, there was a massive purge of bad staff.
If you're applying as a new staff, the acceptance process is currently stricter. The CEO and the newly appointed department heads will be the ones judging your character's application and interview process! So make sure to highlight their qualities during their application! Why would the department head and CEO choose you? What makes you special? Feel free to write their reactions as you see fit.
The Golden Canter is NOT YET exposed as of now, no staff members aside from the CEO and the department heads would know about the existence of this new system. However, you can have them hear rumors about a big change that will change the company's whole system!
