Two Ways to Enjoy Our Kyoto-Style Sukiyaki
At GYUHIRO, you can enjoy our Kyoto-style sukiyaki in two different ways.
・First, the Kuroge Wagyu is seared with granulated sugar and warishita sauce, creating a rich aroma and savory flavor. Enjoy the beautifully seared beef with raw egg.
・Second, after the vegetables are cooked, the seared Wagyu is placed over the vegetables and gently heated. This allows the beef to absorb the flavors of the vegetables and sauce while remaining tender and juicy.
At GYUHIRO, every pot is prepared individually in front of you.
With only 10 seats, our small restaurant offers an intimate Kyoto dining experience for international visitors and solo travelers.
