GYUHIRO is a small restaurant with up to 10 seats, creating a personal and welcoming dining experience.
We welcome international visitors as well as solo travelers. English, Chinese and Korean menus are available, making it easy to enjoy your meal even if you do not speak Japanese.
Our Kuroge Wagyu
Our Kuroge Wagyu
We use premium A5–A4 Kuroge Wagyu for our sukiyaki.
The beef is carefully selected for its rich flavor, tenderness and beautiful marbling.
Our Kyoto-style cooking brings out the natural flavor of the Wagyu by first searing it with granulated sugar and warishita sauce.
