1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gym Tracker Pro mobile application (the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, creating an account with, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

The App currently supports account creation and sign-in exclusively through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign out of the App at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• provide false information in your profile or in a feedback submission;

• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services;

• attempt to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the coins, daily check-in, referral, or Ad-Free reward systems — for example, by creating multiple accounts to generate fraudulent referrals, or by attempting to bypass server-side validation of check-ins or referrals;

• submit content through Feedback & Suggestions, or use a custom exercise name, that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, obscene, or infringes the rights of others; or

• use the App for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial fitness tracking.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account, as described in Section 12.

5. Workout and Fitness Tracking Features

The App allows you to create and log workouts, exercises, sets, reps, and weights; save workout templates; track personal records and progress statistics; and log body weight and body measurements. Fitness-related data you enter is stored as described in our Privacy Policy and used to power features such as history, progress charts, and personal records within the App.

6. Exercise Library and User-Generated Content

The App provides a built-in library of predefined exercises. You may also create your own custom exercises, which are private to your account and not visible to other users, and which you may edit or delete at any time. You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including custom exercises, workout notes, and feedback submissions, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of operating the App, and — for feedback only — to use it internally to evaluate and improve the App as described in Section 11.

7. Coins and Rewards

The App includes a "coins" feature that awards a small number of coins for actions such as completing your first workout of the day or completing a daily check-in. Coins are a purely in-app engagement feature. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, gifted, or transferred for cash, goods, services, or any other form of value. We may modify, reduce, reset, or discontinue the coins feature at any time without liability to you.

8. Advertising

The App is supported in part by rewarded video advertisements delivered through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), shown before starting a workout (subject to a daily limit, and never shown if you have an active Ad-Free entitlement) and as part of the Daily Check-In flow. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements shown through this network and are not responsible for the products, services, or content they advertise.

9. Referral Program

The App includes an optional referral program:

• during account creation, a new user may enter another user's referral code;

• if the referred user completes daily check-ins on 3 consecutive calendar days, the referral is marked complete;

• for every 3 completed referrals, the referring user's account receives one additional month of Ad-Free access, extending from whichever is later — the account's current Ad-Free expiry, or the date the reward is earned;

• referral eligibility, validity, and reward calculations are determined exclusively by our backend systems and are final; and

• a referral code may be used only once per new account, self-referrals are not permitted, and we may reject, reverse, or withhold rewards from referrals we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, its terms, or its rewards at any time.

10. Ad-Free Entitlement

Currently, Ad-Free access can only be earned through the referral program described in Section 9; the App does not currently offer a paid option to purchase Ad-Free access. Ad-Free status is time-limited and expires automatically unless extended through additional completed referrals. We may change how Ad-Free access is earned, its duration, or its effects at any time.

11. Feedback and Suggestions

You may submit feedback or suggestions about the App once every 15 days through the Feedback & Suggestions feature. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it, without compensation or attribution to you, to evaluate, develop, and improve the App. We are under no obligation to implement, respond to, or maintain any particular piece of feedback.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior (including with respect to the coins, check-in, or referral systems), or for any other reason permitted by applicable law, with or without notice.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the App. Deletion works as follows:

• your account is immediately placed into a 30-day pending-deletion status, your local on-device data is cleared immediately, and you are signed out;

• your account's synced data is retained on our servers, inaccessible through normal use of the App, during this 30-day period;

• if you sign back in within the 30 days, you may cancel the deletion and fully restore your account; and

• if the 30-day period elapses without cancellation, your account data and associated authentication record are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

See our Privacy Policy for further detail on what is deleted and what limited information may be retained or adjusted, such as counters on an account that referred you.

14. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, source code, and built-in exercise library and associated images, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the App for its intended personal purpose, no rights are granted to you in the App's intellectual property.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The App relies on and links to third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and the Google Play Store. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

16. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer

Gym Tracker Pro is a fitness- and workout-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition. You assume all risk associated with any exercise or fitness activity you undertake, whether or not tracked using the App.

17. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Availability

We do not guarantee that the App or any of its features — including synchronization, advertisements, referral processing, or the App Update system — will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Certain features, such as starting a new workout (which requires evaluating whether a rewarded ad should be shown), require an active internet connection and may not function while your device is offline.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

20. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App — including coins, referrals, Ad-Free rewards, or advertising placements — at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" below and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms do not designate a specific governing law or exclusive jurisdiction. In the absence of such a designation, any dispute would generally be resolved under the laws and courts that otherwise have a legitimate connection to the dispute (for example, your place of residence), as determined by applicable conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence. If you would like this section to name a specific governing law and jurisdiction, we recommend doing so with the input of a qualified legal professional.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
