Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Gym Tracker Pro account and the data associated with it, whether or not you still have the App installed. It applies to any account created using Google Sign-In within the App.

Option 1 — Delete Your Account From Within the App

If you still have Gym Tracker Pro installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account:

1.   Open Gym Tracker Pro and sign in.

2.   Go to Settings.

3.   Select Delete Account.

4.   Confirm that you want to proceed.

Once confirmed, your on-device data is cleared immediately and you are signed out. Your account is placed into a 30-day pending-deletion period before it and its associated data are permanently removed — see "What Happens After You Request Deletion" below.

Changed Your Mind?

If you sign back into the same Google account within the 30-day period, you will see a pending-deletion notice with the option to cancel the deletion. Cancelling fully restores your account, your synced data, and its active status.

Option 2 — Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the App installed, or are unable to sign in, you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us directly.

Please include the Google email address associated with your Gym Tracker Pro account, and a short statement that you want your account and data deleted. We will verify the request and process the deletion manually.

We aim to complete manually submitted requests within a reasonable time, and no later than the 30-day period described below.

What Data Is Deleted

Requesting deletion — whether in the App or by email — removes the following information from our systems once the deletion completes:

•     Your account and sign-in record (Google account link, email, display name, profile photo reference)

•     Your profile information (name, gender, height, weight)

•     Your workout history, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes

•     Your custom exercises and workout templates

•     Your body measurements and body-weight entries

•     Your coins / rewards transaction history

•     Your referral records and check-in history

What Happens After You Request Deletion

1.   Your account is marked for deletion and a deletion date is scheduled 30 days later.

2.   Any local data on your device is cleared immediately, and you are signed out (if requested in-app).

3.   Your account remains inaccessible through normal use of the App during this 30-day window.

4.   If you take no further action, your account and the data listed above are permanently and irreversibly deleted once the 30-day period ends.

5.   If you sign back in and cancel the deletion before the 30 days elapse, your account is fully restored.
