Hi guys! I’m Sarah Pushparaj, a sophomore studying CS! I’m from Chicago (the suburbs, not downtown lol)

I joined GWC to act on my belief that representation and diversity is important in STEM. I love how this organization thrives on passion and motivation, rather than just pure experience. Moreover, I enjoy communicating ideas that I’ve learned to others, especially younger students! GWC also challenges me in how I communicate technical concepts, how I can lead, and how I can actively be involved in something I believe in.
