The Alumni Board is a group of dedicated alumni and Executive Board members who work to keep former sailors engaged. As a board, they work together on fundraising, alumni engagement, team support, and, of course, Alumni Regatta! Although newly formed, the board is ambitious to build a strong and lasting alumni network, through strengthening connections between be former and current sailors, encouraging alumni involvement, and creating new ways for alumni to support the team.

Every year in May we host our annual Alumni Regatta. This fundrasing and social event is meant to bring alumni together as well as connect with current students on the team. In addition to the regatta we normally host a barbacue and social events that are focused on fundraising through silent auctions and getting to know the leadership and current college sailors. We will have more information about Alumni Regatta 2027 soon but we hope to see you there!

Alumni Regatta was held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024! We were so happy to welcome our alumni back to the Potomac for a fun day of racing and cookout afterward. We enjoyed seeing and reconnecting with all who came to the networking event the evening before!
