Our 7th and 8th grade students will be preparing for an audition in the Region 5 All-Region Choir. For each of these auditions, the student will prepare "cuts" from three different songs that they will sing for a group of blind judges (kind of like The Voice except they are behind a curtain). They are essentially competing against students from the Arlington, Mansfield and Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Midlothian and Cedar Hill school districts for a spot in the Region Choir.

Above are the links to the practice tracks which the students can use to prepare by themselves at home. This is an important part to a successful audition. Almost all of the students that make one of the region choirs practiced outside of class either by themselves and/or with a voice teacher.
