On May 22nd our 5th Math & CS Climate Day event took place at the University of Calgary in MS427
We had a day full of presentations, workshops and discussions about how we as mathematicians, statisticians and computer scientists can solve climate-change related problems, such as climate modeling, enabling the expansion of renewable energies and strategies for the transition to zero-emission technologies.
