Prior to this, he was the Head-Financial Controllership Group & Controller at Union Bank of the Philippines from 2016 to 2023. He was also an Audit Partner at P&A Grant Thornton from 2003 to 2011. Mr. Albalate is a graduate of Asian Institute of Management and an undergraduate of San Beda College.

Mr. Roberto D.Baltazar is an Executive VP, Head-Global Banking & Markets Sector at Philippine National Bank.Mr. Baltazar was previously employed as a President by ACI The Financial Markets Association and a Head-Global Markets by The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp.(Manila Branch).He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Ateneo de Manila and a graduate degree from the University of North Carolina System.
