Lucio Tan III, a prominent Filipino businessman and grandson of Lucio Tan Sr., has taken significant leadership roles in the LT Group at just 30 years old. Graduating summa cum laude from Stanford University with a degree in electrical engineering and a master’s in computer science, he gained experience at major tech companies like Apple and Lyft before returning to the Philippines. Following the passing of his father, Lucio “Bong” Tan Jr., in 2019, Tan III was appointed president of LT Group in May 2023 and later took over as president of PAL Holdings in January 2024. He is focusing on diversification and modernization efforts, particularly enhancing e-commerce initiatives for Tanduay Distillery, and maintains a cautiously optimistic outlook for the company amidst economic challenges. His innovative approach, combined with his family's legacy, positions him to lead the LT Group into a promising future. 

Edgar A. Cua is an 86-year-old Filipino with a strong background in law and finance. He earned a Bachelor of Laws (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Laws from Harvard University. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and a Director of the Philippine National Bank.  

Chester Y. Luy is currently a Director at Philippine National Bank, a Director at Tanduay Distillers, Inc., and a Board Advisor at Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. Previously, he worked as a Managing Director at Bank of Singapore Ltd. from 2015 to 2016, a Director at LT Group, Inc., a Senior Executive Vice President & Head-Treasury at Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. from 2016 to 2018, and a Senior Analyst at Barclays Capital, Inc. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of the Philippines in 1990 and obtained an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in 1995. 

Alfiler is currently a Board Advisor of the bank. He was an Independent Director of the bank from January 1, 2012 to April 26, 2021. Alfiler completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Statistics at the University of the Philippines. He undertook various continuing education programs, including financial analysis and policy, at the IMF Institute of Washington, D.C. in 1981 and the restructured electricity industry of the UK in London in 1996. Presently, he is the Chairman/Director of PNBRCI Holding Co., Ltd., PNB International Investments Corp., and Summit General Insurance Corporation.

Domingo H.Yap is currently an Independent Director at Philippine National Bank.He is also the President of Chemical Sales Co., H-Chem Industries, Inc., DHY Realty & Development, Inc., Universal Paint & Coating Philippines, Inc., Chemical Sales Corp., and the Philippine Kang Ha Association.In the past, Mr. Yap served as the President of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Ind Inc, the Rotary Club of Pasay Edsa, and the Manila Downtown Y'S Men'S Club.He was also a Member of the Manila Downtown Ymca.Mr. Yap pursued his undergraduate studies at San Sebastian College-Recoletos.
