Procedure

Watchlist

• Personnel holding the rank of SPC are eligible for placement on the watchlist. Upon placement, individuals may be assigned the role of Operations Command Officer (OC) during operational scenarios, including large-scale incidents (such as drug runs) and smaller bank-related situations involving Zaros, Syrta, and Neo.

• Following the conclusion of the situation, a  TFU3, if present, will conduct and deliver performance feedback regarding the individual’s actions as OC.

Accepted 

• Once accepted, you will become a  TFU1. As a  TFU1, you are expected to consistently OC banks and large operations, demonstrating the skills and mindset required to become a full TFU member. 

• During this trial phase,  TFU 3+ members will closely monitor your attitude, behaviour, and activity in OCs. 

• You will have 1–2 weeks to complete the trial period outlined above. Failure to do so may result in your application being declined.
