Welcome to the Pilgrimage to the Rivers! Pilgrims will be offered a passport in which to collect stamps along your journey. Receive one stamp for participating, and receive two if you're new to the activity. There are prizes for winning competitions in each area, and the grand prize will be given to the pilgrim collecting the most stamps. The intent of the Pilgrimage is enjoy something new or try something you don't often do, so each area will provide many opportunities for beginners to learn!

Arts and Sciences: There will be many, many arts and sciences to see and try, including

• Artisan's Row: Demos and informal hands-on opportunities for you to try! Hosted by Rochwen

• A&S Classes: Classes! Coordinated by Annora

• Adult beverage competition: In Celebration of the 21st Birthday of her 21st Birthday, Her Excellency Gwendolyn is sponsoring an adult beverage competition. Bring something to show your skill and delight the taste buds.

Archery and Thrown Weapons: There will be a variety of archery and thrown weapons rounds throughout the day. No experience or authorization is necessary to shoot or throw, although you must be 14 or older and have closed-toe shoes to throw axes, knives, and spears. If you are a minor, please consult the Marshal-in-Charge. Safety and skills will be reviewed before each round, and some loaner equipment will be available. Marshal: Emeline

Armored Combat: We will have an "Empty the Arsenal" tournament, plus several Pilgrimage-themed melee scenarios. There will also be time for authorizations. The day's fighting will conclude with War Council 203-204 classes. Marshal: Duncan Fearmach

Cut and Thrust: Introductory classes, no experience required, will be offered. There will also be some enjoyable competitions! Marshal: Rolant

Equestrian: Many opportunities to both learn and compete, including

• Authorizations

• Newcomers' Equestrian Class: Learn about and meet some equines and their owners plus learn how to be equestrian ground crew, find out what it takes to authorize and more.

• Baronial Equestrian Championship and Head to Dead Pilgrims course: Compete either as a guest or in earnest for the championship

• Tippet tag or Daiku (Japanese Polo)

Gaming: Enjoy period games, such as Hunkerhausen and Site-Wide Bocce! Hosted by Dawi.

Service: In the spirit of a pilgrimage, there will be many opportunities to serve! Activity leads will stamp your passport for providing service to their areas. You may also volunteer to any of the site staff.
