Cut and Thrust: Introductory classes, no experience required, will be offered. There will also be some enjoyable competitions! Marshal: Rolant

9 am Authorizations and warm-ups

10 am Tourney Thieves’ Road Tourney –

Every fighter (pilgrim) will need to hold the field against every other fighter (thief) in the tourney. The pilgrim will be able to fight with a single offensive weapon and, if desired, a defensive secondary that would be commonly accessible when traveling (think sword and bedroll, or dare I say cloak and dagger). The thieves can come to the field with the weapon system of their choice.)

11 am C&T Classes and pickups (classes taught concurrently)

a. Introduction to Calontir C&T Teacher- Rolant de Burbonne Come learn the basics of Calon Steel, what equipment is needed, basic foot work and sword movements.

b. C&T Buckler Basics Teacher- C&T Buckler Basics Teacher- HE Donald MacDonald will talk about and learn how to use a buckler in C&T safely. Learn strategies on how to use a buckler and how to keep it from being used against you.

12 pm Lunch/ Stile Fyrd meeting and Stile Huscarl meeting

1:30 pm Melees and pickups

Pilgrimage road melees scenarios – (exact scenarios TBA depending on how many fighters we have) but basic idea is gather your traveling party (warlord Tourney scenario), sail to the Holy Land (Defend the ship from pirates), and then defend the keep
