Mindfulness
Linda Alberg, presenter
You can either sit in your desks or on the floor if that is available. You should have have a cleared space with nothing around you. The video will explain about how mindfulness can help us to pay attention, look at what gets in the way of paying attention in class, pause/stop and then go back to action. There is a short mindfulness practice -- about 6 minutes long, where you're invited to pause, be quietly still in their space, become aware of what it feels like to breath, to feel the stillness and how this practice can be used to look after big emotions, thinking, and quiet the body.
