There are two workouts of around 7 min. each with a bit of cardio, strength and stretch in each session. You can combine both to be around 15 min.

A short 8 movement circuit that can be completed 1, 2, or 3 times.
Each exercise is completed for 30 seconds of work. It is then followed by 15 seconds of rest. If you chose to complete the circuit an additional time or two rest 1-2 minutes between each round. (6:01)
