Project Description: The purpose of this project was to gain more understanding of what emerging technology is. With the understanding of that I had to apply it to my topic of choice and explain why it is related to emerging technology. Also being able to use all of the tips and tricks of PowerPoint to make a pleasing presentation.
It was important to gather information of the history of meatless meat, which is now called plant-based food.
Surprising enough the idea actual came from a young author named Frances Moore Lappe in 1972.
For the audience to understand how plant-based food was related to emerging technology it was important to list some reasons that are similar to the definition of emerging technology.
Lessons Learned: During this project I've learned how much emerging technology is all around the world. All the new developing technology in 2022 could be considered emerging technology. I honestly didn't even kn0w emerging technology was even a thing, I'd always categorize new developments as innovations or inventions.
