Who Are We?

GrowIN Intergenerational Community Programming is a non-profit organization that provides programming and education around nutrition, wellness and the arts to Columbus, Ohio.

We aim to deliver modifiable and enriching programs to help participants of all ages engage in meaningful activities and build relationships that bridge the age gap.

We believe EVERYONE should be able to engage in activities, learn, do cool things, and meet new people! We have some excellent programs, and work to expand our offerings every day! Every program we offer is modifiable so all participants can have a good time and feel accomplished.

Wellness Education

Helping our community navigate nutrition and wellness are key drivers for GrowIN. With Registered Dietitians leading these efforts we offer nutrition education series, physical wellness sessions, and more - all to help you live your best life for as long as possible.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are an infinite number of ways to volunteer with GrowIN. Volunteer on your own, with your friends, your school club, your grandma, or literally anyone. We have opportunities all throughout the organization, so we guarantee you will make a difference if you choose to volunteer with us!
