Intergenerational programming and volunteer fanatic, Lauren orchestrates a variety of programs focused on the interests and needs of older adults in the community. They are passionate about service learning, creating new experiences for volunteers, and getting people excited to work in the field of aging. Lauren loves all things GrowIN, but if they had to choose their favorite part it might be curating partnerships to engage the community and deliver awesome programs!

In their free time, you might find Lauren snuggling with cats, doing yoga with their wife, exploring breweries, skiing, or cooking a new creation.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Shannon has worked in a variety of health care settings from acute care to long term care providing education on health conditions, nutrition, and wellness. She is passionate about nutrition and how food can bring people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds together - and is excited to help GrowIN become a place for everyone to learn and grow.

In her free time, you might find Shannon searching for four-leaf clovers, appreciating music and collecting records, cooking with her partner, or out on a hike or camping.

Adrienne creates and delivers programming to older adults professionally and has a passion for helping people discover new hobbies, find purpose and engage in meaningful ways together. GrowIN's programming leverages Adrienne's professional skills and personal passions to build strong intergenerational relationships.

When she's not leading a group activity, Adrienne enjoys painting oil portraits, scoring grocery deals at ALDI, and spending time with her partner and two cats.

Morgan is interested in bringing community-based programs to older adults and their families and does this through research. She studies evidence-based programs to understand what makes them work, how they help older adults, and ways they can be improved. Morgan enjoys engaging with community members and learning about their interests. She brings her perspective to GrowIN to support program evaluation and impact.

Offline, Morgan enjoys being outside and hiking, and often brings others along to experience the joys of nature. If it's raining, you'll probably find her playing Nintendo Switch, hosting a game night, or learning something new on YouTube.

Vicki has over 30 years of experience in data warehousing and analytics in the banking and financial services industry. She is passionate about helping others improve financial literacy and advising organizations to best manage their money.

In her spare time, Vicki enjoys learning calligraphy, volunteering at a therapeutic horseback riding facility, and working on her equine massage therapy certification.
