Opportunities for Distributorship of GROWERS GOLD

Sales Commission

Commission is received when purchase of GROWERS GOLD has been made and payment has been received by Growers Gold Enterprises (GGE).
20% commission is paid to distributors for each sales they make.
This commission is continued, ongoing for every time this client purchases into the future, while the distributor remains active.
Distributors who are no longer active will receive Inactive Commission Rate for new sales made by their old clients at a rate of 20% their original commission.

In Presentations with more than one distributor involved, total pool of commissions paid does not exceed 35%, to be divided as agreed amongst distributors.

An additional commission of 4% is paid to distributors who build network connections.
These connections include:

A new GGE DISTRIBUTOR
A new SHOP outlet selling GROWERS GOLD
A GROWER who use the Growers Incentive Program to connect GROWERS GOLD to other growers.

The commission will be paid up until a total of 10,000 pesos has been paid as Network Commissions, per connection.
Its is the distributors responsibility to help train, build and grow these connections during this period.
A bonus commission of 5,000 pesos is paid when milestones are reached in sales of each 500,000 by network connections made. (1%)

A scout commission may be paid to those who are not distributors however specialise in seeking new network connections for GGE.
This commission is the same rate as for a distributor, (See Network Commissions above).
There is however an extra commission of 5,000 pesos paid after the first 50,000 in sales made by new network connection they have made.

Upfront purchases, known as "cash to cash," by qualified distributors, earn an extra 5% commission, earning them a 25% total commission.
This purchase is to be done with a minimum purchase value of 3500 pesos.
These rates may be adjusted without notice as deemed necessary by GGE.
The up-line Distributor receives the same 4% Network Commission for these sales and this is added into to their 10,000 peso limit per connection.

Shops that sell GROWERS GOLD on a commission basis will receive a 20% commission off normal selling price.
Upfront purchases by a shop of 3.500 pesos and above of GROWERS GOLD will earn a varying discount determined by size of purchase:
1. For shop purchases 3,500 to 19,990 pesos discount of 25% is given. (Total of 25%)
2. For shop purchases of 20,000 pesos an extra 1% discount is added. (Total of 26%)
3. For shop purchases of 40,000 pesos an extra 2% discount is added. (Total of 27%)
4. For shop purchases of 60,000 pesos an extra 3% discount is added. (Total of 28%)
5. For shop purchases of 80,000 pesos an extra 4% discount is added. (Total of 29%)
6. For shop purchases of 1000,000 pesos an extra 5% discount is added. (Total of 30%)

Distributors receive 45 pesos for each usable testimony they collect and double this if a photo of the testimony result is used on website.

A travel allowance of no greater than 400 pesos a day can be APPLIED for by Distributors going into a new area, depending on approval and location.
An approved group allowance of no greater than 150 pesos per person may be given in short group presentation trips.

Failure to comply with Distributorship Codes may mean suspension of active distributorship rights.
Distributors are to check up with their clients who have purchased, or who have shown healthy interest, each month.
Distributors must keep good records of:

All Sales, Payments and Commissions made.
Keep Client Records of all clients who have made an enquiry.
Keep record of monthly check on clients who have purchased, or who have shown healthy interest in purchasing.
Contact Records details are written into a journal in order of occurrence on the day of occurrence so that they are always up to date.
Report to GROWERS GOLD every Tuesday, their last 7 days, plus their schedule for the next 14 days and any other developing events.
