This term succintly describes the nature of the Group's business units and services. Note: this replaces the original term "integrated industrial group."

A yearly report produced by Growens highlights the company’s sustainability efforts.
Way of working (Wow)
WoW defines a specific Agile working model for each product or team. It enables the team to work with maximum flexibility and minimum constraints to optimize their performance. As a result, teams adopt and evolve these methods and practices, to meet the organizational needs.
Consolidated financial statements
Present the financial performance and position of a group of companies as a single entity. They include the financial results of the parent company and all its subsidiary companies.
Example: "The company's annual report includes consolidated financial statements that provide a comprehensive view of its financial performance."
Corporate governance
Corporate governance refers to the system of rules, practices, and processes by which a company is directed, controlled, and managed to achieve its objectives, protect the interests of stakeholders, and ensure accountability and transparency in its operations.
Example: "The company places a strong emphasis on corporate governance, implementing policies and practices that promote transparency, accountability, and responsible decision-making by the board of directors."
Events
Events are occurrences or happenings that hold significance for a company and its stakeholders. They can include corporate announcements, financial results, conferences, or any other activities that impact the company's operations or financial performance.
Example: "Stay informed about the latest developments and milestones at Growens with our Events section."
Highlights
Key points that companies provide an overview of the company's performance. These highlights are typically included in various investor relations materials, such as press releases, presentations, annual reports, and investor presentations.
Example: "The CEO presented the key highlights of the company's performance during the past year, emphasizing significant revenue growth and successful product launches."
IAS/IFRS accounting standards
AS refers to the older accounting standards issued by the IASC, and IFRS represents the current accounting standards issued by the IASB, both aiming to provide a globally accepted framework for financial reporting by companies worldwide.
Example: "As a global company, we ensure our financial statements comply with IAS/IFRS Accounting Standards to maintain transparency and consistency in reporting across different markets."
Internal dealings
Dealings within a company

Initial public offering (IPO)
A private company offers its shares to the public for the first time, allowing it to raise capital by selling ownership stakes to outside investors.

Investor
An investor is a broader term that refers to any individual, organization, or entity that allocates financial resources into various assets or investment opportunities with the expectation of earning a return on their investment.

Investor Relations
Provides timely and transparent information about the company's financial performance.
Example: "Visit our Investor Relations page for access to financial reports, press releases, and other important information to keep investors and shareholders informed about our company's performance and updates."
Investor rights
Legal and ethical entitlements that investors possess when investing in a company. These rights are designed to protect the interests of investors and ensure fair treatment, transparency, and accountability.
Example: "The company's bylaws ensure that all shareholders have equal voting rights and protect investor rights to access important financial information and participate in major corporate decisions."
Notice
Important events, updates, or changes that may impact their investment decisions or relationship with the company.
Example: “Please read the notice about our upcoming event for next month.”
Presentations
Formal communication tools used by companies to provide in-depth information about their business, operations, financial performance, strategies, and future outlook to current and potential investors.
Example: “Listen to our upcoming presentation to gain insight on our business, operations, and financial performance.”
Price-sensitive press releases
Also known as material news releases, are announcements made by a company to provide information that could potentially have an impact on its stock price or investor sentiment.
Example: "The company issued a price-sensitive press release announcing better-than-expected earnings, causing its stock price to surge in response to the positive news."
Separate financial statements
Present the financial results of individual companies within a group. Each entity within the group prepares its own financial statements, which are separate from the other companies financials.
Example: "The company also provides separate financial statements for each of its major subsidiaries to offer a more detailed breakdown of their individual performance."
Shareholder
A specific type of investor who owns shares or equity in a corporation.
Example: "The shareholders of the company approved the proposed merger during the annual general meeting."
Stock
A stock represents ownership in a company, providing shareholders with the potential for dividends and capital appreciation if the company does well.
Example: "Investing in Growen’s stock will lead to long-term growth potential."
The Board of Statutory Auditors
A supervisory body within a company's corporate governance structure, responsible for overseeing and monitoring financial reporting and compliance with laws and regulations.
Example: "The Board of Statutory Auditors plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the company's financial reporting and compliance with relevant laws and regulations."
