Problems We Faced

This week in particular posed many problems. In the beginning of the week, we were down 1 member and were initially down in resources and time (starting a day late). At first, we struggled to make even the most basic circuits(such as the warm up circuits). However, as time progressed, we were able to get on task and finished each step of the virtual circuit with relative ease. After that, building the physical circuit posed various difficulties. For instance, the volts in TinkerCad stated that the chips would explode after an input of 3.3V. Therefore, we were under the impression that the same would apply to the physical circuit. However, the physical circuit would not work if only 3 volts were inserted because it was too weak. So, we took the risk and inputed 6 volts and it somehow managed to work. The major problem we faced was the lack of colored wires we were given. Although it appeared to be abundant at first, the amount of wires we were given were far less than what we required to build this alarm circuit. In order to get the correct wires, we had to go into other classes and hoped they had the specific wires we were looking for. Overall, while these problems posed as a hinderance at first we were able to quickly react to them and find the best possible way to fix them.
