Biography

Aigerim Baizhigitova is an M.S. student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Nazarbayev University, working under the supervision of Prof. Chang-Seon Shon since February 2025. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Shakarim University in 2017, she worked as an assistant chief engineer at G.T.P LLP and as a civil engineer at NS Construction KZ LLP. Her research focuses on 'Development of Sustainable Geopolymer Cellular Concrete Containing Basic Oxygen Furnace Slag Aggregate, Off-ASTM Fly Ash, Ground Waste Glass Powder, and Different Fibers.'
