Cirilla has dark long hair and mostly fair toned skin, usually dawning a red and black dress with a golden half circlet given to her by her mother. A cunning young woman, in her realm she was considered a villainous monster. But not like most fairy tail monsters, she wasn't an ugly witch, nor a scary monster. She was a fair, beautiful young maiden with a charming smile.
Cirilla's reputation was definitely not unfounded, She was known to have a network of spies and informants all over the kingdom, ensuring she is always one step ahead of the game. Always ready to talk her way out of any situation, plans being intricately woven leaving no room for error.
She was once the step daughter of the King of Borrowdale, taken in after her Father the advisor passed away, she was always treated like an outcast.
The moment the Queen gave birth to a girl, Ciri was stripped of her title as Princess and outcast to be a servant.
Enraged by the betrayal she runs away into the wilderness and swears to one day come back to Borrowdale to overthrow the King.
Cirilla sneaked her way into Grimm via forging the King's seal from her homeland and sending a letter to Grimm Academy hence her arrival there. Her intentions of going to Grimm spurred from being outcast by the King soon after her father died and a new heir to the throne was born and had the intentions of writing a horrific destiny for the King and his kingdom.
Although Ciri did have some relationships very few of them, if any, where truly genuine.
