Greyhawk: The Golden Era

Editions change. Greyhawk endures.

This is the ongoing D&D (Greyhawk) campaign of Christopher Altnau. "The Golden Era" marks the transition of this campaign, from the 3.0 edition rules set to the more updated 3.5 edition.

The transition to 3.5 does NOT mean that the old 3.0 epic-level campaign has ended; it has not. I will continue to run that campaign indefinitely. However, from now on, all newer, low-level campaigns will begin under the 3.5 edition rules set.

Most of the house rules from the 3.0 edition campaign will be allowed to stand, unless they meet BOTH of the following criteria:

A) They conflict with something in the 3.5 edition rules, AND

B) The method that 3.5 uses to resolve the matter looks to be better / more balanced than the house rule was.

The "Welcome To Greyhawk!" tab is where you will find various campaign notes, including (but not limited to) campaign history, NPC lists, and notes about various places in and/or regions of Oerth.

The "Unique Spells 3.0" tab is where you will find all unique spells which were made under the 3.0 edition rules.

The "Unique Spells 3.5" tab is where you will find all unique spells which were made under the 3.5 edition rules.

The "Player Characters" tab is where you will find all character sheets, spell lists, and notes pertaining to "Golden Era" (3.5 edition) characters.

The "House Rules" tab is where you will find all custom-made, non-official rules and rule clarifications.

The "Campaign Feed" tab is where you will find the new, 3.5 edition, play-by-post campaign.

The "Epic Campaign Feed 3.0" tab is where you will find the older, 3.0 edition, play-by-post epic campaign.

The "Epic Campaign Feed 3.5" tab is where you will find the new, 3.5 edition, play-by-post epic campaign, once such a campaign exists.

The "Maps" tab is where you will find all maps pertaining to both (3.0 / 3.5) Oerth-based campaigns.

The "Resources" tab is where you will find links to several websites and files that should prove extremely helpful.

The "Arch of Ages" tab is where you will find details about the greatest artifact ever made in The World of Greyhawk.

The "Player Help" tab is where you will find various bits of helpful advice for playing in any of my campaigns. There isn't much advice posted right now, but it is a work-in-progress.
