MunchaLunch 2021-22


Grenfell PAC is happy to announce that Hot Lunch fundraisers are back this year! Instead of filling out a paper order form and sending in money, parents will place their hot lunch orders online using MunchaLunch.com. You can pay for your orders online by credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

PLEASE NOTE: All MunchaLunch orders must be PAID in order to be processed!!

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Go to: https://munchalunch.com/schools/grenfell

  2. Login with an existing account, or Register for a new account:

    • If you DO NOT have a MunchaLunch account, click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you on setting up your account and adding your child(ren).

    • If you already have a MunchLunch account, click "Login Here" with your password, or click "Forgot Password" to reset it. The system will guide you on updating your child(ren)'s current grade and classroom.

3. Next time, use the Login Here” button to access your account.


HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Login with your account, which should be under Sir Wilfred Grenfell Elementary.

  2. Click "Order Lunch" on the top menu and follow the system prompts to place your order(s).

  3. After choosing your items for each lunch date, ensure you complete the "Pay Now" step on the last page to pay for your order.

  4. Ensure you submit your order(s) and pay before the due date. Otherwise, your child's hot lunch order will not go through.

    • Parents are encouraged to place orders for all Hot Lunches and do one payment if possible, as PAC incurs a fee per each credit card transaction.

  1. To check if you have placed and paid for your orders, click on the "My Account" menu, If you have a balance owing, you must submit payment in order for yor child's lunch order to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

If your child is sick on a lunch date, you can contact the PAC at grenfellpac@gmail.com to coordinate hot lunch pickup. Otherwise, please consider it a donation for a child who does not have a lunch.


We appreciate your support for our hot lunch program as the funds go towards extracurricular activities, updating school resources, and fulfilling general wish lists from the school.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do the orders need to be in?

All orders need to be submitted and paid 8 days prior to the Hot Lunch date. Please note that only paid orders will be processed.


How can I confirm my child's Hot Lunch order?

After paying for your order, you should receive a MunchaLunch receipt in your email confirming your payment was successful.

You can also log into your MunchaLunch account and view your Hot Lunch orders and if there is any outstanding Balance Due amount.

Lastly, a day before the hot lunch, you should receive a reminder email from MunchaLunch that confirms your child's hot lunch order# and name for the next day.


Can I place an order just for one of the Hot Lunches?

MunchaLunch allows you to place an order for just one of the Hot Lunches at a time and pay for each order separately. However, please be aware that the PAC needs to pay a fee for each credit card transaction processed.


Can I cancel a Hot Lunch order?

Yes, you can cancel an order if it's been submitted and not paid using the MunchaLunch "My Account" menu.


What happens if my child is sick on the Hot Lunch day?

You can contact the PAC at grenfellpac@gmail.com to coordinate hot lunch pickup. Otherwise, please consider it a donation for a child who does not have a lunch


What do you do with the funds raised from Hot Lunches?

The funds go towards extracurricular activities, updating school resources, and fulfilling general wish lists from the school.
