In the 2018-19 school year, I began to vlog reflections about engaging in job-embedded and self-directed professional development. At the time, I was also preparing for and seeking new teaching positions at other international schools. Engaging in these reflections were immensely useful in accelerating my professional growth and improving/adding research-based practices for planning, teaching, assessing and reflecting. This is the inspiration for developing this website, dedicated to: having a formal space for reflecting; providing a space for a digital teaching toolkit; documenting my learning; and documenting the development of materials and resources, as artifacts of what occurs in my classroom as a result of this learning.
